Shipping Info: Items are shipped within 7 days using registered mail.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days following the delivery of the items as long as they are in their original condition and you return them at your own costs.

If items are damaged upon reception, they can be exchanged for new ones (or alternative products if the original ones are out of stock). Prior to sending back the items, please contact us and send a picture of the damages. The shipping costs for the return of damaged items are at the customer's own costs.
